  • 1 box yellow cake mix or basic yellos cake
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup basic vanilla icing or store bought vanilla icing
  • 24 oz white chocolate, for coating
  • 55 about 55 pecans for garnish

Step 1

1. Mix together the ingredients for making a yellow cake. After the ingredinets are fully combined, stir in the bourbon, pecans, sugar, and light corn syrup.

2. Follow the instructions for baking the cake.

3. While the cake is cooling, prepare the icing or open your store bought icing.

4. After the cake has cooled, crumble, mix with frosting, form into balls, roll, and freeze for at least 2 hours.

5. After the cake balls are dipped in white chocoalte, place a pecan in teh whtie chocoalte cap.
