Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix or basic yellow cake
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup molasses
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup basic vanilla icing or store bought vanilla icing
- 24 oz white chocolate, for coating
- 1/2 about 1/2 cup crushed gingersnap cookes, for garnish

Step 1
1. Mix together the ingredinets for making a yellow cake. Add the sugar, molasses, ginger, and cinnamon.
2. Follow the instructions for baking the cake.
3. While the cake is cooling, prepare the icing or open your store bought icing.
4. After the cake has cooled, crumble, mix with icing, form into balls, roll, and freeze for at least 2 hours.
5. After the cake balls are dipped in white chocolate, drizzle them with fine lines of chocoalte and top with the gingersnaps.
