Peanut Butter Banana Cake Balls

Ingredients

• 1 box vanilla cake mix or basic vanilla cake
• 3 ripe medium bananas, mashed (about 1 1/2 cups)
• 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1/2 to 3/4 cup cream cheese icing or store bought cream cheese icing
• 24 oz dark chocolate for coating
• 1/2 About 1/2 cup dried banana chips for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix together the ingredients for making a vanilla cake. After the ingredients are fully combined, stir in the bananas and peanut butter.

2. Follow the instructions for baking the cake.

3. While the cake is cooling, prepare the icing or open your store bought icing.

4. After the cake has cooled, follow the cake ball method instructions.

5. After the cake balls are dipped in dark chocolate, place a dried banana chip in the dark chocolate cap.
