  • 1 3.9 oz. package instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 box Betty Crocker SuperMoist devil's food cake mix
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped caramels
  • coarse sea salt for sprinking
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease 13x9 inch pan.

In large bowl, whisk together pudding and milk for one minute. Add cake mix and stir until combined.

Spread thick batter evenly into greased pan. Sprinkle in chopped caramels. Lightly sprinkle in sea salt for taste. Very little salt needed.

Bake 3040 minutes till edges pull away from sides and toothpick comes out clean. Let cool.

Pour chocolate chips in a medium microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high 2-3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until melted. Use a spoon to drizzle over cooled cake.
