Blueberry Muffin Cake Balls

Ingredients

• 1 box vanilla cake mix or basic vanilla cake
• 1 6oz pkg fresh blueberries
• 1/2 to 3/4 cup vasic vanilla icing or store bought vanila icing
• 24 oz white chocolate, for coating
• 55 About 55 blueberries for garnish
• 1/4 about 1/4 cup blue sprinkles or sanding sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix togehter the ingredients for making a vanilla cake. After the ingredients are fully combined, fold in the blueberries.

2. Follow the instructions for baking the cake.

3. While the cake is cooling, prepare the icing or open your store-bought icing.

4. After the cake has cooled, crumble, mix with the icing, form into balls, roll and freeze for at least 2 hours.

5. After the cake balls are dippe din white chocolate, place a blueberry in the whtie chocolate cap. Garnish with the blue sprinkles.
