- 2 Eggs
- 1 1/4 cups Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 2/3 cups canned Whole Kernal Corn
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder

Step 1
Beat eggs and stir in corn. Sift flour, measure and sift again with baking powder and salt. Combine beaten eggs and corn with flour mixture. Drop teaspoonfuls into deep fat and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve with butter, syrup or jelly.
