Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. fresh lime juice, divided
  • 1/4 c. salsa
  • 2 15 oz cans black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/8 tsp ground chipolte chile pepper
  • 3/4 c. cream cheese (6 oz)
  • 2 ripe peeled avacado
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 1/2 c shredded lettuce
  • chips

Preparation

Step 1

Place 2 Tb juice, salsa, 1/8 tsp pepper and beans in food processor until smooth.
Spread on bottom of 11x7 pan
Combine remaining juice, cream cheese, avacodos and garlic in food processor until smooth.
Spread on top of bean mixture.
Top with lettuce and any other toppings
Serve with chips
