Ingredients

  • Vegetable Soup Mix:
  • 1/4 cup Dehydrated cauliflower rice (see separate recipe)
  • 1/4 cup dehydrated vegetable soup mix
  • 48 ounces dehydrated vegetable soup
  • 18 ounces dehydrated green peas
  • 4 ounces dehydrated flaked spinach
  • Bouillon for 2 cups of broth
  • Add a pinch of salt and crushed red pepper
  • Use homemade bone broth or broth bouillon cubes like Massel brand
  • Note: If using bouillon instead of homemade bone broth add some gelatin to make it super healthy!

Preparation

Step 1

Combine above ingredients (minus the broth) and store in pint mason jars. When ready for a quick meal simple add hot water/broth, cover and let steep 10-15 minutes. Veggies will reconstitute. Grab a spoon and enjoy!
