Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 3 tblsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. almond or vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 2-3 cups flour

Step 1
Cream the butter and sugar, then add the extract. Add enough flour to make a workable dough. Refridgerate at least 1 hour. Roll into walnut size balls and put on cookie sheet, then gently indent the center. Bake@ 325 for 12-15 minutes. As soon as they come out of the oven place a chocolate star or kiss on each one. After a minute or so gently set the chocolate piece.
