- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup powdered sugar for dusting

Step 1
Cream butter and shortening, add vanilla, then add walnuts and flour until jut mixed in. Refridgerate before rolling. Roll into rounds and bake 425 for 12-15 minutes, until they are just changing color. Then roll them into the powdered sugar until they have a nice coating.
