Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large clove garlic
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and firmly squeezed to remove moisture
  • 1 (6 1/4-ounce jar) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and patted dry
  • 1 container (6 1/2 ounces) garlic and herb gourmet cheese spread, such as Alouette brand
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Tortilla chips, sour cream and salsa to serve

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put Parmesan cheese into food processor with a metal blade. Turn on processor and drop garlic through feed tube to mince. Stop machine and add spinach, artichokes and gourmet cheese spread. Process until thoroughly blended. Transfer to a medium mixing bowl. Fold in mozzarella cheese. Pour mixture into a 4-cup baking dish and bake until heated through, 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with chips, sour cream and salsa.
