Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups Flour
- 3 cups Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 2 cups (1 can) Pumpkin
- 1 cup Canola Oil
- 2/3 cup Water
- 4 Eggs, beaten

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Add all other ingredients one at a time and blend well. Divide evenly into 3 loaf pans sprayed with Pam and bake at 325°for 40 minutes. Do not use glass pans - bread will burn.
