Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups flour, sifted
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 each eggs
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules or espresso
- powder, dissolved in 1T hot water
- and cooled to room temp
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel(optional)
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup chocolate covered toffee bits

Step 1
PREHEAT oven to 350. Grease 13x9 baking pan.
COMBINE flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in large bowl; set aside.
BEAT butter and sugars with mixer at medium speed until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add coffee mixture, vanilla and orange peel if desired; beat well. Stir in chocolate chips and toffee bits.
POUR batter evenly into pan. Bake 25-35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely and cut into bars.
