Pork Tenderloin with Gravy 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 2 envelope brown gravy mix
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 C. soy sauce
  • 1/3 C. balsamic vinegar
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 medium onion, diced
  • Hot cooked rice

Preparation

Step 1

In small bowl mix 1st five ingredients. In large skillet, brown pork in oil until heated through. Stir in gravy mix, mushroom & onion. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes.

Serve over rice
