Ingredients
- 2 envelope brown gravy mix
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 C. soy sauce
- 1/3 C. balsamic vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 medium onion, diced
- Hot cooked rice

Preparation
Step 1
In small bowl mix 1st five ingredients. In large skillet, brown pork in oil until heated through. Stir in gravy mix, mushroom & onion. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Serve over rice
