  • potatoes
  • chicken
  • garlic
  • olive oil
  • hot or mild italian sausage
  • chicken broth
  • red and green chopped peppers
  • onions
  • parsley flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Peel potatoes, dry, cut into bite size. Add to roasting pan with garlic, olive oil, parsley flakes and S & P. Add 2 onions cut up covered with olive oil.

Bake until 3/4 way done

Cut up sausage bite size. Cook in fry pan until 3/4 done. Drain most of fat reserving some for flavor.

Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Cook in fry pan in sausage grease til 3/4 done.

Mix all together including peppers in roasting pan. Pour 1/2 C chicken broth over. Add more garlic, parsley and S&P. Bake til brown.
