- 1 lb. small Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 tea. grated, peeled fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tea. chili garlic sauce
- 1 tea. soy sauce

Step 1
Heat oil over medium-high heat. Add Brussels sprouts and ginger; cook, stirring often, until lightly browned, 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients; reduce heat to low. Cook until sprouts are tender and glazed with sauce, 5-10 minutes.
