Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil
  • 6 5 oz (150 g) sea bass fillets
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) melted butter
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) chopped fresh mixed herbs (thyme, parsley, oregano, etc.)
  • Juice of a lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 °F (230 °C). Place fillets in oiled ovenproof dish.



In bowl, combine half the butter, bread crumbs and fresh mixed herbs. Brush fillets with remaining butter and rub with a generous layer of bread crumbs mixture. Drizzle with lemon juice.

Bake for 12 minutes. Serve with green salad and green vegetable.
