Ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin, approx. 1 lb.
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons plus 1-1/2 teaspoons light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons plus 1-1/2 teaspoons cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 Kaiser rolls

Preparation

Step 1

Cut tenderloin in half, place in a slow-cooker. Combine ketchup, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire, mustard and pepper in a bowl and pour over pork.

Cover, cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or until meat is tender.

Remove meat, shred with two forks. Return to slow-cooker and heat through. Serve on rolls.
