Ingredients
- 1 cup baking mix, lowfat
- 1/8 cup egg substitute
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin, or fresh cooked
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Step 1
1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl
2. Pour small amounts of the batter onto a hot lightly greased griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. When bubbles form on the pancakes and the edges begin to brown, flip the pancakes.
