Cheese Pimento Cheese (Annie's own)

Ingredients

• 1 package (8-ounces) Colby and Monterrey blended cheese
• 1 (4 ounce) package of Philadelphia Cream cheese softened
• 1 ( 4ounce) jar pimento cheese
• 1/8 cup mayonnaise

Preparation

Step 1

Combine Colby and Monterrey Jack cheese and softened cream cheese.

Add pimentos and mayonnaise and mix lightly.

Yields about 1 cup.
