Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 24 caramel candies, 1" each
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallow
  • 2 1.15 oz each milk chocolate candy bars, broken into individual pieces

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375F. Line 9" square baking pan with foil; coat with Pam.

In small bowl, combine cookie crumbs, sugar and butter. Firmly press into pan. Bake 6 - 8 minutes.

Meanwhile, in small saucepan, melt caramels with 1 Tbsp. water. Spread melted caramels over crust. Preheat broiler.

Top caramel layer with marshmallows and chocolate pieces. Broil 1 - 2 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown.

Refrigerate to set, about 10 minutes. Store remaining S'mores in and air-tight container in the fridge.
