Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup matzo meal
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3/4 cup egg beaters® 99% egg substitute
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Bring oil, water, sugar, and salt to boil. Stir in matzo meal. Stir 5 secs. Take off heat. Mix well.

2. Add in eggs one at a time. Roll into 2" balls. Place on sprayed cookie sheets. Dip finger in water and form hold in center of each roll.

3. Bake at 375 45 mins.


Freeze well.
