  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 each eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 375 and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

2. Cream together butter and sugars, beat in eggs and vanilla.

3. Mix in flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt, mixing just until combined.

4. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough on baking sheets and bake for about 10 minutes or until light and golden brown.
