Strawberry Spritzers

These drinks are strong, so I add a little sprite to the mix. If you want a martini, no need in adding it!

Ingredients

• 1 cup Gin
• 1/2 Basket Fresh Strawberries
• 1/2 cup Simple Syrup (equal parts sugar and water, dissolved)
• Juice of 1 Lemon
• 2-3 cups Crushed Ice
• Fresh Strawberries for Garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Combine Gin, strawberries, simple syrup, lemon juice and ice in a blender and process until blended. Refrigerate. Serve in 4 ounce cocktail glasses with a fresh strawberry on the rim.
