Ingredients

  • 1 box jumbo pasta shells
  • 3 lbs ricotta
  • 1 egg yolk
  • black pepper
  • dry parsley flakes
  • pinch of sugar
  • locatilli cheese
  • sauce

Preparation

Step 1

mix ricotta, egg yolk, black pepper, dry parsley flakes, pinch of sugar and cheese together, refrigerate.

cook shells, drain and let cool.

fill each shell with ricotta until baking dish is filled up.

cover shells with gravy. sprinkle cheese on top.

bake 350 for 30 minutes, covered.

remove foil. bake and additional 10 to 15 minutes.
