Ingredients
- to serve:
- 1/2 c dried cherries
- 1/2 c coconut chips
- 1/2 c steel-cut oats
- 1/2 c red quinoa
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t ground ginger
- 1/4 t cinnamon
- 4 c water
- roasted pumpkin seeds
- maple syrup
- milk

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all of the ingredients for the porridge together in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, stir, cover and let sit overnight.
In the morning, reheat to cook down remaining liquid and top with choice of toppings
