Oriental Steak

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless,thin cut,sirloin steak
- 1 cup snow pea pods
- 1/3 cup celery, diced
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 small red pepper, diced
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 jar Heinz homestyle brown gravy
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger root

Preparation
Step 1
Cut sirloin steak into thin strips and stir fry over medium heat in oil. Remove the meat from the pan. Stir fry pea pods, celery, green onions and red pepper in oil. Remove vegetables from the pan. In the same pan, over medium heat stir together the brown gravy, cornstarch, soy sauce and ginger root. Mix thoroughly. Add the meat and vegetables back to the pan with the gravy. Bring to a boil and heat all the way through for 2-3 minutes.
Serve with rice and oriental noodles.
