Ingredients

  • Pie Crust:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 tblsp. water
  • Puff:
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • 3 eggs
  • Frosing:
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tblsp.or so of water

Step 1

Mix your pie crust ingredients together and knead till you can work with it.Roll it onto a silpat in an oblong shape. Boil water and butter, then beat in the flour. Beat in eggs one at a time of the heat. Spread puff pastry on the top of crust. Bake @350 for 45 minutes to an hou. Cool then frost.
