- Rub:
- 1 tblsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. hot paprika
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1 garlic salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Vinegar Sauce:
- 2 cups cider vinegar
- 1 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 &2 tblsp. catsup
- 5 tsp. salt
- 4 tsp. red pepper
- 1 tsp. pepper

Step 1
place porkinfridge overnight with a coating of rub. Then bake covered 4-6 hour or till done. rest 15 minutes then pull apart.
