Soft Peanut Butter Cookies

The recipe we are sharing today was very good. It’s called Soft Peanut Butter Cookies. They have peanut butter in them, and that is the special ingredient. If you like peanut butter cookies, you’ll love these ones.

Ingredients

• 1 C. Sugar
• 1 C. Brown Sugar
• 1 C. Shortening
• 1 C. Peanut Butter
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 1 tsp. Vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 C. Milk
• 3 1/2 Flour
• 2 tsp. Baking Soda
• 1/4 cup sugar in a bowl

Preparation

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine sugars, shortening, peanut butter, salt and vanilla. Mix well. Add eggs and milk, mix until creamy. Fold in flour and baking soda.
Roll dough into 1 - 1½ inch balls and roll in a bowl of sugar.
Place on greased cookie sheet and make a criss cross on top using a fork.
Bake at 350 for 8-9 minutes.
