CHICKEN****Chicken Wraps with Mango Chutney

27/04/15 - Quick, easy and yummy! I thought half wouldn't be enough for lunch but I had it with a Cara Cara orange and 100 grams seedless red grapes and it was perfect.

Ingredients
- 2 ounces cooked chicken or turkey breast
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons 0% Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tablespoon Hellmann's Light
- 1 tablespoon mango chutney
- 1 sliced green onion
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh mint, if on hand
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 large or two small Whole Wheat Tortillas
- 1/2 cup mixed spring greens, arugula or spinach

Step 1
Combine yogurt, curry powder, chutney, green onions, mint, if using, and salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Spread sauce evenly over tortilla and top with greens and a strip of chicken or turkey; roll up. Slice in half and wrap in parchment paper.
Serve with an apple (95 calories, 4 grams fibre) or 100 grams seedless grapes (69 calories, 1 gram fibre) or an orange (Cara Cara - 80 calories, 3 grams fibre)
