- 1-1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1-1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1-1/2 teaspoon black mustard seeds
- 1-1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 /2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
