Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bulk pork sausage or bacon
  • 8 oz package of refrigerator crescent rolls
  • 1 cup frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 cup cheddar or monterey jack cheese
  • 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Brown sausage or bacon and drain. Separate rolls into 8 triangles. Place on ungreased 12 in. pizza pan with points toward center. Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust. Sprinkle with potatoes and sausage (or bacon). Top with cheese. In bowl beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over potatoes and meat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for 20-30 min.
