Ingredients

2 cups flour
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 tsp. salt
2/3 cup oil
1/3 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

Blend flour, sugar and salt.
Emulsify oil and milk.
Pour oil mixture into flour mixture and blend until moist.
Press 2/3 of mixture into pie plate starting with the edges. Cover the bottom too. Crimp top of edge.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes.
