- 6 oz semi-sweet or unsweetened chocolate chips
- 1 can (300 mL) Regular Eagle Brand® sweetened condensed milk
- Dash salt
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) water
- 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract

Step 1
In a heavy medium size saucepan, combine 1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk ( not evaporated milk), ! cup (6 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate ships and dash salt. Cook and stir over medium heat,until chips melt .
Cook and stir 3 minutes more. Remove from heat; cool 15 minutes. With mixer, beat in 2 cups confetioners sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
