Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 pkg (250 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (300 mL) Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand® sweetened condensed milk
- 1 pkg (2 layer size) chocolate cake mix
- 1 1/3 cups (325 mL) water
- Prepared chocolate frosting
- Candy sprinkles

Preparation
Step 1
1. Separate 1 egg yolk from white. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in 1/3 cup (75 mL) Eagle Brand and egg yolk; set aside.
2. Combine cake mix, remaining Eagle Brand, water, 2 eggs and egg white. Beat on low speed until moistened; beat on high speed for 2 minutes.
3. Line muffin pans with 30 large paper baking cups. Divide batter among baking cups, filling each about 3/4 full. Add a rounded teaspoonful of the cream cheese mixture to the centre of each.
4. Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 20-25 minutes or until tops spring back when lightly touched. (Filling will sink during baking.) Cool on wire racks.
5. Decorate cupcakes with frosting and candy sprinkles.
