  • 4 lb. Tri-tip Roast
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Cream of Celery Soup, condensed
  • 1 (10 3.4 oz.) can Cream of Mushroom Soup, condensed
  • 1 1/2 C. Beef Broth
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Salt & pepper roast. Place in greased 5 qt. slow cooker. Mix soups & broth and pour over roast. Cover and cook on high heat 4-6 hours of on low heat 8-10 hours.

Serve with rolls, boiled potatoes or noodles.
