Ingredients
- 4 lb. Tri-tip Roast
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Cream of Celery Soup, condensed
- 1 (10 3.4 oz.) can Cream of Mushroom Soup, condensed
- 1 1/2 C. Beef Broth
- Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Salt & pepper roast. Place in greased 5 qt. slow cooker. Mix soups & broth and pour over roast. Cover and cook on high heat 4-6 hours of on low heat 8-10 hours.
Serve with rolls, boiled potatoes or noodles.
