Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2 Tablespoons yeast
- 2 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 cups flour
- 2 1/2 cups warm water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in microwave oven. In large bowl combine butter, water, yeast, sugar, eggs, and half of the flour. Stir with whisk just enough to mix. Add remaining flour and salt. Stir with spatula until just mixed - do not over mix. Cover with plastic and refrigerate at least 8 hours or over night. Roll out into desired pieces. Let rise until double in bulk. Bake @ 350ºF. for 15 - 17 minutes or until golden on bottom.
