Ingredients
- Raspberry Cubes:
- Cocktail
- 3 ounces Prosecco
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur
- 1/4 ounce simple syrup
- 100 grams raspberry puree
- 500 grams water
- Lime Cubes:
- 100 grams lime juice
- 500 grams water
- Mango Cubes:
- 4 drops green food coloring
- 100 grams mango puree
- Mango Cubes Mango:
- 4 drops green food coloring
- 100 grams mango puree
- 500 grams water
- Orange Liqueur Cubes:
- 40 grams orange liqueur
- 540 grams water

Preparation
Step 1
Stir together prosecco, vodka, lemon juice, st. germain and simple syrup over regular ice in a mixing glass.
Strain over four rubix cubes.
Each batch of cubes makes enough for one tray of 1 1/4" cubes.
Makes 1 serving.
