Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless ribs (beef or pork)
- 1/2 yellow onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can El Pato (I used the yellow)
- 1 sm can tomato paste
- 1/4 cup 100% maple syrup or maple agave nectar
- 1 T. cumin
- 2 t. paprika
- 2 pinches sea salt
- 2 pinches pepper
- A few shaves of a whole nutmeg
