  • 1 c bourbon
  • 2/3 c pure maple syrup
  • 2/3 c ketchup
  • 1/3 c soy sauce
  • 2 T finely minced fresh ginger
  • 2 T packed dark brown sugar

Step 1

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate, covered, overnight. Brush the glaze over the turkey during the last 15 minutes of roasting. Also, add 1/2 c to the gravy to blend the flavors.
