Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can mushroom soup
- salt and pepper, to taste
- grated cheddar cheese
- 4 french rolls

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a saute pan, brown ground beef with onion until cooked. Drain and return to pan. Add mushroom soup. Season with salt and pepper
2. Slice top off French Rolls and scoop out centers. Fill with meat mixture and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Replace tops on rolls.
3. Wrap individually in foil. Bake for 20 minutes to toast bread and serve hot.
