Ingredients
- 1/3 cup unsweetened pomegranate juice
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tea., freshly grated orange zest
- 1 small shallot, minced
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1/8 tea. salt
- 1/8 tea. pepper
- 1/8 tea. ground chipolte chile powder
- pinch of ground cloves

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk all ingredients in a large bowl or puree in a blender.
Toss with 6 cups salad greens and divide among 6 plates.
Accompaniments: roasted pears, pomegarnate seeds, candied nuts
