  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 1 cup sesame crackers crushed (I use ritz)
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 TB lemon juice
  • 8 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 2 TB chopped fresh parsley



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. In a sauce pan melt butter, add lemon juice to it.

In a pie pan combine cracker crumbs, garlic salt and pepper, mix well.

Dip chicken in butter then roll in seasoned crumbs to coat. Reserve remaining butter. Place chicken in ungreased 9 x 13 baking dish, sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Add parsley to the reserved butter and pour over chicken.

Bake 350 for 30-40 minutes until chicken is fork tender
