Ingredients

  • GLAZE:
  • 1 1/2 lb ground ham
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water

Step 1

Mix together well with hands; ham, pork, eggs, milk and bread crumbs. Put in 9 x 13 glass dish and pat into loaf.

In a sauce pan wisk together sugar, mustard, water and vinegar. Bring to a boil until sugar is disolved, remove from heat and pour over ham loaf.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees 1 1/2 hours, basting every 20 with pan juices.
