Ingredients
- 3/4 c aji-mirin sweet cooking rice seasoning
- 1/3 c raw honey
- 1/3 c low sodium soy sauce
- 1 T grated fresh ginger
- 2 T toasted sesame oil

In a med bowl, whisk together ingredients. Store in an airtight container in fridge for up to several days. Use it to marinate beef, pork, chicken, seafood or veggies.
