Tandoori Yogurt Marinade (Weight Watcher)
By damgoodcook
Inspired by the tandoori marinades of India, this fat-free mixture makes chicken, beef, lamb, or fish uncommonly tender and flavorful. The recipe makes enough for 4 chicken breast halves or fish fillets or about a pound of meat.
