Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp.flour
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless beef or pork, cut into 1" pieces
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 (4 oz) can tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tea. cumin
- 1 tea. garlic powder
- 1 tea. onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cups water

Step 1
Place 3 Tbsp., flour in a plastic bag. Add beef or pork and shake to lightly coat with flour. Set aside.
Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium, high heat. Add beef or pork and cook until meat is evenly browned, about 5-8 minutes. Stir in 1 Tbsp. flour, and cook 3 minutes. Stir in the onion, tomato sauce, chile powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper nd water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium low and simmer until meat is just falling apart, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
