Ingredients
- 1 pound pecans
- 1 egg white
- 1 t cold water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 t salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 250 degrees
Beat egg white with water until fluffy
Fold pecans into egg whites until we'll covered
Mix cinnamon, sugar and salt
Fold coated pecans into sugar mix
Use a jelly roll pan lined with parchment paper
Spread on paper and bake for one hour, stirring every 10-15 minutes
