Ingredients
- 4-8 oz cream cheese
- 8 - eggs
- 8 oz sour crean
- 1 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 - small can evaporated milk or 3 oz heavy cream
- 2 tblsp butter
- graham cracker crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
coat a spring pan with the melted better and then the graham cracker crumbs set aside.
in a medium sized bowl seperate 3 egg whitesadd 1/4 cup of the sugar and beat till stiff.
place the 4 bars of cream cheese in a large mixing bowland beat until creamy.
add a little at a time the sugar, eggs, egg yolks, and flour, then the milk and vanilla
fold in the sour cream and the whipped egg whites
blend well and pour into spring pan
cook in a pre-heated 425 degree oven for 10 min. then lower the heat to 350 degrees and cook for 1 hour
